Yes — most of Daniel's clients walked in feeling exactly the same way. Every session is built around your current fitness level, and the first job is making the gym feel like a place you belong.

What if I'm recovering from an injury or training around a disability?+

Daniel specifically works with people coming back from injury and clients training with a disability. Sessions are adapted to what your body can do safely today, and progressed only when your body is ready.

You will never be pushed into something that puts your recovery at risk. The programme works around you, not the other way around.

How long until I see real results?+

Most clients feel stronger and more capable inside three to four weeks. Visible body composition changes typically follow at the eight-to-twelve-week mark, providing nutrition is dialled in alongside training.

Daniel will set realistic, honest expectations from session one — never sell you a shortcut.

Where exactly are sessions held?+

All sessions take place at PureGym Candleriggs, Alloa (FK10 1EA). The gym has a full free-weights area, functional zone, and machines — everything needed to build a complete strength and conditioning programme.
